Gail is a full time Real Estate professional at Ayre Real Estate Co., Inc. She works individually, but also joins her husband Tom and their colleague, Valerie Krolicki to form a team effort. Gail believes that customer service is the key to success and works hard to be a great service provider in the real estate industry. It is her goal to treat each client as if they are the only one.
A 1979 graduate of Western Maryland College, Gail lives in Feeding Hills with her husband and their two sons, Tony and Sammy. Prior to motherhood Gail enjoyed success in both the private business sector and by serving the country as a U.S. Army officer. Gail left the military service in December 1985 as a Captain, having served in many capacities worldwide. In 1986, Gail developed, owned and operated six Jiffy Service Centers in Southern Worcester County, Massachusetts. Her experience includes searching for, negotiating, buying, leasing and constructing the centers.
1991 found Gail and her new husband Tom operating a Jiffy Lube Service Center in the Midwest, where they also bought, sold and rented residential properties. They added another business venture, an automatic transmission repair shop, which she operated until 1997.
In 1997, Gail and her family returned to Massachusetts, where they now reside. Gail is an avid tennis player, enjoys fitness activities and volunteers for The Jimmy Fund, National Alliance for the Mentally Ill – WM, and Agawam Congregational Church, Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen in Springfield, served as a Court Appointed Child Advocate(CASA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cutchins Program for Children and Families.
